Morning in an Enchanted World - Mackelvie Society Members Event, 11 August 2020

Mackelvie Society members enjoyed a morning tea and private tour of the exhibition - Enchanted Worlds: Hokusai, Hiroshige and the Art of Edo Japan, with Auckland Art Gallery Curators Dr Sophie Matthiesson and Emma Jameson.

The exhibition includes more than 70 paintings sourced from private art collections. Including delicate silk paintings, precious scrolls, folding screens and vibrant woodblock prints.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
